| Description | Foreign Lawyers who work under contract with a legal enterprises in the Lao PDR must obtain authorization from the Ministry of Justice and be registered first with the Bar Association in order to be entitled to provide advice on foreign and international laws, but are not be entitled to provide advice on Lao law and litigate cases in the courts of the Lao PDR. |
