| Name | A. Criteria for License Extensions |

| Description | Applications for extensions of internet services business operation licenses shall be submitted at least 30 days prior to expiry of the existing license and meet the following criteria: - All documents shall be submitted in full as determined by the Posts, Telecommunications and Communications; - If telecommunications resources are utilized, a certificate must be presented proving payment of telecommunications resources fees; and - Temporary licensees will be contingent on performance of at least 60% of the first annual plan. The consideration period for the extension of each category of license is as follows: - License Category 1, a decision will be made within 20 business day; - License Category 2, a decision will be made within 15 business days; and - License Category 3, a decision will be made within 10 business days. |
