| Description | Applicants for hotel or guesthouse business operation approval must provide the following when appllying to operate a Hotel and Guesthouse Business: 1. Operations Proposal Form; 2. Lease Agreement, if necessary; 3. Construction or renovation approval, if necessary; 4. Evidence of insurance; 5. Financial statement of the business; 6. Internal regulations of the business; 7. A copy of the business registration document; 8. A copy of tax payments; and 9. Two 3x4 photographs (photograph subject not indicated). |
