| Description | The Ministry of Posts, Telecommunications and Communications will be in charge of renewal of the business operation license for type I of postal services. For types II and III of postal services, the renewal of business operation license will be issued by the Provincial or Vientiane Department of Posts, Telecommunications and Communications. An application for renewal of postal service license must be submitted by 31 March of each year. |
