| Description | Licensed data centers are prohibited from the following acts: 1. Operating other than as authorized; 2. Providing incorrect or fake information to Post and Telecommunication sectors; 3. Failing to pay the fee for telecommunication resource usage; 4. Not renewing the a required authorization; 5. Charging fees not compliance with the regulations; 6. Failing to pay applicable tax, service charges or other fees; and 7. Being fined on two occasions. Violators may have their operating license suspended or revoked. |
