| Description | Licensed telecommunication services businesses must pay an annual fee for the use of telecommunication numbers as issued by the Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications, as follows: Country code: LAK 10,000,000; provincial code: LAK 1,000,000; network for mobile phone number provider (2, 5, 7 and 9): LAK 5,000,000; desk phone: LAK 500/digit; mobile number: LAK 1,000 per digit and the specific or three or four digit number: LAK 100,000. |
