| Description | Applications for registration of wholesale and retail enterprises shall be submitted to: 1. Enterprise registration officers of the Ministry of Industry and Commerce for foreign investor joint enterprises with a registered capital of 20 Billion Kip or higher; 2. Enterprise registration officers of the Provincial and Capital Industry and Commerce Divisions for: - Foreign investor joint enterprises with a registered capital of less than 20 Billion Kip; and - Lao wholly owned enterprises, one hundred percent (100%) shareholding. |
