| Description | Hotels and Guesthouses are required to record detailed information about all guests, including name, date of birth, nationality, occupation, passport or other identity card number, purpose of visit, date of visit, date of arrival and departure, border checkpoint by which they entered the country, room number and such other information as may be determined by the Hotel or Guesthouse. The Guest must sign such record. |
