| Description | Applicants for the establishment of a hotel or guesthouse business operation should include the following: 1. Establishment Form; 2. Copies of the identity card, Health Certificate, Certificate of Residence; 3. Criminal Record Form; 4. Hotel-Guesthouse plan; 5. Economic Feasibility Study; 6. Joint venture contract, if applicable; 7. Eight 3x4 photographs (photograph subject not indicated); In the case of individual applicants: 8. Business Approval Form; 9. Most recent tax payment form; and 10. Contract between the hotel or guesthouse owner and the manager, if not the same individual. |
