| Description | Employment recruitment enterprises shall have the following registered capital and security deposit: • Registered capital and working capital for domestic recruitment services totaling LAK 200,000,000 including a cash security deposit of USD2,000; and • Domestic and foreign employment recruitment services shall require a registered capital and working capital totaling LAK 200,000,000,000 including a cash security deposit of USD20,000. The enterprise establishment security deposit shall be paid prior to authorization. |
