| Description | Domestic investors desirous of investing overseas must: (a) Have investment target overseas. (b) Have the financial reports for the last two financial years as certified by financial authority or independent audit firm; (c) Have fulfilled financial obligations due to the Government of Lao PDR in compliance with laws; (d) Comply with regulations of the Bank of the Lao PDR, other relevant laws and regulations of Lao PDR. |
