| Description | The implementation of water construction project of both state and private sector must be approved by the Committee in Charge of the Business Management and Safeguarding of Impact to the Shore, Ecological System along the Mekong and Heuang Rivers at concerned levels, in accordance with the following regulations: The level 1 project shall be approved by CSMH at provincial, capital city level based on the scrutiny and suggestion of the Division of Public Works and Transports of province, capital city; The level 2 project shall be approved by CSMH at the central level based on the scrutiny and suggestion of the Department or Public Works and Transports. |
