| Description | Partners are prohibited from carrying out any acts or business transactions that compete with their own general partnership enterprise including: Engaging on his own behalf in a business transaction that is similar to the purpose of the general partnership enterprise; Engaging on his behalf of another person, such as being a manager or director of another enterprise, in a business transaction that is similar to the purpose of the general partnership enterprise; and Being a partner in another general partnership enterprise or being a general partner in a limited partnership enterprise. |
