| Description | Individual or organization authorized to build any water related project shall be prohibited from conducting construction business not in line with the design being approved or not in accordance with the laws and technical standards provided by the Ministry of Public Works and Transport; Engaging in construction services not in compliance with the regulations set forth by the Ministry of Public Works and Transport which cause the impact to water sources, such as: creation of pollution and dirtiness to water sources during the operation of construction; Other acts which are considered violating the laws related to the construction and the environmental protection. |
