This decree defines on the public holiday in order to implement uniformly across the country among the organizations, such as: Lao People's Revolutionary Party, Lao Government, Lao Front for National Construction, Lao National Federation of Veterans, the Lao Mass organizations at both central and local level, Lao PDR’s representative office in other countries, international organizations, social organizations, state enterprises, lao private enterprises, and foreign private enterprise in Laos.
