This decree defines the principles, regulations, and measures for the management, monitoring, and use of small and medium enterprise (SME) fund in order to strengthen and promote the funding of SME with the aim to expand the production of goods, trade, and services; to increase the revenue, to establish the foundation of Industrial transformation and modernization step by step, and to contribute to national socio-economic development.
