This decree defines the principles, regulations, and mechanism for the management and utilization of official development assistance by development partners to the government of Lao PDR in order to achieve the centralization and transparency, to ensure the official development assistance is applied to the priority objective of national socio-development plan effectively and efficiently, and to accomplish the green growth and sustainable development in according to the international development objectives.
