| Description | An individual or legal entity, whether a domestic or foreign organisation operating an insurance business shall do so in accordance with the relevant laws during the 1 year period in which it is initially issued a temporary operating license in order to be granted a permanent licence by the Insurance Management Department within the Ministry of Finance. |
