| Description | An individual and a legal person of the Lao PDR having a purpose to invest externally both directly and indirectly, shall apply to the Bank of The Lao PDR to transfer the fund to invest abroad with the following documents: An application of the investor to transfer the money out of Lao PDR; A license to invest abroad from the Ministry of Plan and Investment; An investment license issued by the authority of the host country and ;A bank account statement of the investor issued by the commercial bank where the money has been deposited; |
