Procedures for establish Wholesale and retail business
- For foreign investment with register capital for 20 billion kip and more, can be submitted the application form to registering a company at Ministry of Industry and Commerce and it will be considered case by case.
- For domestic or foreign investor with register capital for less than 20 billion kip, can be submitted the application form to register a company at provincial or Vientiane capital department of Industry and commerce
